Do you have castles/inflatables that are suitable for indoor use?
Yes most of our bouncy castles and inflatables can be used indoors. We use sand bags to secure them down. You would need to check the height of the venue (don't forget the lighting!). If the booking is for indoor use please clarify beforehand so we have the right equipment with us. We have numerous low level castles suitable for indoor venues where there's a height restriction.

How long can we have the bouncy castle/inflatable for?
We work times around to suit you. We usually deliver in the morning between 7am-12 noon and collect between 5-7pm. Or you can hire one for 2-3 hours, perfect when you are hiring an indoor venue. We try our best to be as flexible as possible to suit meet your needs. We also offer an overnight service (if your garden is secure) for an extra charge.

Yes all our electrical equipment is PAT tested.

Yes all our bouncy castles have rain covers. However slides and assault courses do not have covers.

What if it is raining?
You have either the option to cancel or still go ahead if you have booked a castle. We would not deliver a slide or assault course in the rain due to Health and Safety issues.

Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to the evening before your booking.

My garden is on a slope, can I still hire a bouncy castle?
This really depends on the gradient of the slope. The front end of the castle has to be at the top of the slope.

My garden is paved/concrete/half grass and half paved, can I still have a castle?
Yes you can as long as we know in advance so we can bring the correct equipment.

Can I hire a bouncy castle/inflatable over night?
Of course! Your garden has to be secure and we do charge £20 extra for this service.

How long does it take to set up and take down?
